The opportunity:

The posts will be based within our new and exciting Appletree Housing Support Service, near Auchterarder supporting one autistic adult within his own home. The Autism Practitioners work alongside the Senior Autism Practitioner to develop personalised support plans, build positive relationships with supported individuals, families and health and social partnerships. Plans to develop an outreach service to help build activity planners that are meaningful to supported individuals will be put in place.

Located in a converted steading with its own enclosed courtyard, the environment is adaptive for satisfying lives, cultural, artistic and spiritual practices, indoors and outdoors, offering links with the wider community for the benefit of all and inspiring others. Previous social care experience is desirable but not mandatory.
