An exciting opportunity to join a well-established quality team at a leading Ofsted grade 2 National Independent Learning provider that delivers programmes across Apprenticeships and Adult learning through a mixture of remote and classroom-based learning. With the expansion of curriculum and learning programmes, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to lead the development of the curriculum.

The role will involve working alongside the Curriculum Lead to ensure the curriculum built meets both awarding bodies, local priority and learner needs following a robust curriculum approval process that focuses on the 3IIIs (Intent, Implementation, Impact)

The role
Are you an outstanding tutor/ IQA or content writer that has delivered on such programmes and developed learning resources based on awarding body requirements? Have you developed curriculum previously? If so apply now!

The candidates will:
- Have experience and skills in creating a curriculum primarily focusing on the digital skills area.
- Work alongside the Curriculum Lead to ensure the curriculum built meets both awarding bodies, local priority and learner needs following a robust curriculum approval process that focuses on the 3IIIs (Intent, Implementation, Impact).
- Be able to create expert curriculum development, teaching and learning resources to ensure our staff have the highest quality resources to deliver an effective quality of education.

Main responsibilities

• Develop, edit and coordinate the writing of digital qualifications & learning resources and support the launch effectively to sectors ensuring access for all learners.
• Develop creative ideas for education programmes and bring them to life through real-life examples.
• Create detailed plans and resources for education programmes accompanied by curriculum links.
• Writing, editing and proofing educational materials.
• Building and maintaining high levels of quality and standards throughout the content produced.
