- THE ROLE -

The postholder will assist the ResLife Manager in leading and co-ordinating the University headlease scheme. To deliver this role, the Compliance and Operations Co-ordinator will have an operational and legal understanding of university head leasing and nominations agreements.

We intend to create a 12-month waiting list for same or similar roles within the University.

- ABOUT YOU -

The postholder will be required to have:

- A-Level, BTEC ND/C, NVQ3 or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a busy customer services environment.
