We’re currently looking for a Mobile Caretaker to join our dedicated team on a permanent, full-time basis, working 8 am to 4 pm.

The Role

As a Mobile Caretaker, you will maintain one of our sites in Birmingham, ensuring residents’ needs are met and work is carried out to a high standard.

You will take on a range of activities from collecting litter across the site to ensuring the bin store is fit for use and undertaking landscaping work.

Escalating any issues that are beyond your remit, you will adhere to health and safety regulations at all times and liaise with residents who have queries or complaints.

Who we’re looking for

A hard-working, reliable professional. You will take pride in a job well done and possess experience working in a similar caretaking role.

A green-fingered individual. You will hold a certificate of competence for using herbicides (PA1 and PA6) and have the ability to keep our grounds in peak condition.

A good communicator, with a fluent level of English. You will be able to engage and communicate with customers, team members and contractors.

The successful candidate will hold a full, valid driving licence and, ideally, have experience of lone working.
