We’re currently looking for a Membership Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis working 37 hours per week on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

The Role

As a Membership Administrator, you will support the members of our co-operative.

Acting as member’s first point of contact, you will support their administrative needs in a prompt and efficient manner.

You will focus on admin support work across our membership base and will undertake a range of activities including data analysis, reporting and data maintenance for KPIs.

About You

To join us as a Membership Administrator, you will need:

- A minimum of two years' experience in an administrative role
- Good interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate with dairy farmers both over the telephone and face to face
- Excellent IT literacy, with particular emphasis on Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
- The ability to understand and calculate averages and percentages
- A self-motivated work ethic with the capability of working on own initiative, managing time and diary effectively
- The ability to work remotely as part of a team

Experience of using Survey Monkey and Mail Chimp would be beneficial to your application. Prior knowledge of the dairy industry would also be advantageous.
