This new role of HR Recruitment Co-ordinator reports to the Director of HR for the College and will be part of a team consisting of a HR Support Officer, HR Assistants, a Junior HR Business Partner and Senior HR Business Partners.

Responsibilities will include:

- Organisation of in-house recruitment fairs
- Placement of job adverts via various platforms
- Supporting the Director of HR in the identification and implementation of Value for Money
- Supporting with the onboarding process
- Effectively liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with current employment legislation and best practice

Key Experiences and Skills:

- Experience of working within a HR team
- Proven experience in the management of recruitment campaigns
- Experienced in placing job adverts via a variety of platforms
- Experienced in organising and co-ordinating recruitment events
- Ability to negotiate
- Good attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and prioritise own work
