About the opportunity
As a company, we’re on an exciting journey of growth and development. That’s where you come in…

We have an opportunity for a passionate Junior Designer to join us in pushing our world-class events that bit further.

You will be reporting into the Senior Event Designer, working in collaboration with the event branding team to produce well-branded event spaces and design concepts. You will be involved in all stages of the design process from generating ideas, developing concepts, preparing presentations, getting items ready for production, and everything in between.

Additionally, this role is part of the wider creative team which spans across event branding and marketing design. This is predominately an event branding role, however you will occasionally be required to assist on marketing design projects when extra resource is needed - a great opportunity to be exposed to many different areas of design including social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages and other marketing collateral.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Artworking design materials and print files according to the production specifications
- Brainstorming ideas and creating designs for events, experiences and marketing campaigns with the creative team
- Sourcing suppliers and new innovative formats for event branding deliverables in keeping with the shipment deadline and budget
- Helping to plan an event’s theme, setting, and overall design, including decorations and input on entertainment
- Executing high-quality presentations of creative work and mood boards for internal and external use
- When required, working onsite at events across the world for set up, styling and event execution
- Assisting the operations team with stock-taking and packing of event material
- Execution and management of data merging for delegate badges and supplier table signs across all events

Due to the nature of the events industry, you may occasionally be required to work outside of hours to meet deadlines.

If you love to travel and have experience in designing for events, then this could be a match made in heaven.
