The Role

As the HR Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for managers and employees on all people matters, providing support and solving issues with a keen eye on fairness and efficiency.

Facilitating the growth of the business, you will develop an effective recruitment plan and help integrate new employees and business units into our culture, sustaining our organisation with a depth of talent.

Additionally, you will deliver general HR support across the entire employee lifecycle, as well as providing training, support and coaching on personnel processes and procedures.

Your role will also involve:

- Working closely with the Leadership Team to identify our compensation and benefits offer
- Maintaining job descriptions with the support of department managers
- Defining and implementing a training and development agenda

About You

To be considered as the HR Manager, you will need:

- Proven experience of having a flexible and methodical approach to HR with experience of applying your thinking to challenges across the estate
- Proven successful experience in process improvement
- A full, valid driving licence, preferably clean

Some level of CIPD qualification would be beneficial to your application.
