To do this, we lead on developing and regulating the social care workforce, service improvement, data and research to improve care.

We are now looking for a HR and Wellbeing Senior Officer to join our team on a permanent basis, with flexibility regarding hours.

The Role

As a HR and Wellbeing Senior Officer, you will support the development and delivery of our HR policies.

You will lead on a number of our HR projects and initiatives ensuring we deliver policies and activities that will increase employee engagement and development.

You will review and update our HR policies with a focus on ensuring that they are aligned to current legislation and implemented across our organisation.

Providing our managers and staff with expert HR advice across a range of issues, you will ensure that all HR matters are handled professionally and in line with legislation.

There is also potential for this role to include line management responsibilities in the future.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

- Experience in a HR Generalist role, providing advice
- Proven experience in drafting HR policies
- Experience of planning and delivering HR related projects or initiatives
- Knowledge of current employment legislation and the ability to practically apply this
- The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships
- The ability to communicate in both English and Welsh
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- A CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent relevant experience in a HR role)

Ideally, you will have experience of working with Ciphr or a similar HR system.
