About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated part time Executive PA to join the Executive Support Team to provide a diverse range of support to the Chief Executive and Strategic Directors as required.

Duties will include
• Organising and managing diaries - arranging meetings and appointments,
• Manage and prioritise the Directors’ mailboxes bringing to their attention any key issues they will need to address and prioritise
• The administration of various meetings and presentations, by arranging dates for meetings, booking venues and refreshments, preparing agendas and supporting papers
• Taking minutes
• Manage all incoming calls, incoming and outgoing post, in particular confidential matters and complaints which require considerable tact, discretion and judgement.

About you
The successful candidate will:
• Be confident in dealing with the public, Councillors and senior representatives of other organisations often at the highest levels on a range of matters
• Have the ability to maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality and tact
• Be able to optimise complex diary schedules, taking into account the Directors’ individual styles and preferences.
• Have the initiative and experience to manage communications, referring them to the appropriate Council officer
