Recruitment Administrator (Hybrid)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our busy HR Recruitment Team. Working as part of the wider recruitment team you will be excited to work in a fast paced, agile environment and motivated to seek out talent.

You will manage the day-to-day administrative duties supporting the recruitment managers in providing a seamless recruitment delivery service to the business. Proactive in your approach and aware of the weeks priorities you will ensure all information is processed, stored and saved as required.

What you'll be doing:

• Arrange screening interviews for the Recruitment team and email interview packs to hiring managers for second stage interviews.
• Review new applications daily and reject applicants that are obviously unsuitable.
• Take ownership of the recruitment and applications inbox.
• Resourcing candidates through LInkedin and other methods
• Follow up on start dates for all offer accepted applicants.
• Managing the offers spreadsheet and liaising with the recruitment managers.
• Create the weekly Internal job bulletin
• Manage the agency temps spreadsheets and submitting relevant IT tickets
• Liaising with the Marketing team and posting content on social media relating to vacancies within Health Partners.
