This company is accredited telecommunication and security solutions provider focusing on outstanding service for their customers. Serving London and England they specialise in providing managed IT and network services, high quality Voice Over IP telephony, data and security services as well as product range to match our service offerings. We provide end to end support on all of our products and services, from provisioning to commissioning. As a manufacturer recommended CCTV and alarm specialist, they supply and install highly reliable budget and premium range security systems.


The Position
Job Title: Apprentice Support Desk Engineer
Apprenticeship Course: Level 3 Information Communication Technician
Apprenticeship Duration: 18 months
Location: Chessington surrey KT9
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30
Salary: £14,000pa


Role and Responsibilities
They are looking for a Support desk Engineer to provide technical assistance to our clients mostly remotely. Man support desk which will include raising/actioning support tickets on their CRM, answering phone calls and emails. Liaising with customers, suppliers and manufacturer support teams to resolve customer issues. Remote to customers systems to diagnose and address issues. Some site visits might be required to cover customers in London and surrounding areas.

Manning support desk and providing 1st line support
Raising and actioning tickets as per customer requests
Answering phone calls and emails.
Diagnosing issues and addressing them in timely fashion
Occasional site visits may be required Speak with clients over the phone
Resolve Issues
