Logistics Assistant - Part Time (2 Year Fixed Term Contract)

Cheltenham | £25,036 with annual increments up to £26,571 per annum pro rata

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administration Assistant to join the Responsive Repair Team.
This role will be responsible for supporting our Repairs Supervisors, Management and Trades Operatives to provide excellent Customer Services to our tenants.
The successful candidate must have experience in process and data support, providing administration for our busy repairs and compliance teams carrying out repairs works and Fire and Electrical Inspections in our customers’ homes.
You will ideally have experience in an appointment scheduling environment within a repairs and maintenance background with a keen eye for precision and quality assurance.
You need to think on your feet and be able to troubleshoot issues as they arise being adaptable and positive and professional in your approach

We are looking for someone to work part time, 18.5 hours per week.
This is a fixed term contract for 2 years.
