They are now looking for a Supply Chain Manager based in Milton Keynes, working remotely two-three days per week (subject to business requirements).

Internally, this role will be known as Key Accounts Operations Manager (Supply Chain Solutions).

The Role

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will provide clear direction to our client’s supply chain services department that provides supply chain solutions to customers.

Managing a team of 10, with two direct reports, you will ensure customers have an excellent experience, acting as an escalation point and achieving service level targets.

You will plan and delegate work across the team, providing leadership and management to all team members. Supporting recruitment, you will coach, performance manage and appraise your team.

Additionally, you will:

- Develop existing client relationships
- Support the delivery of new business opportunities
- Monitor performance and cost of all external suppliers
- Ensure completion of department administrative and accounting functions

About You

To be considered as a Supply Chain Manager, you will need:

- Supply chain experience
- Experience of establishing and managing a high performing team
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in IT
