We are now looking for a Resident Building Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Resident Building Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest possible standards of building and service management for residents.

Acting as the main point of onsite contact for residents, you’ll manage maintenance and repair activities, staff reception and respond to queries and handle resident’s post and parcels. You’ll strive to ensure that the building is maintained and presented to a first-class standard.

Implementing a Resident Engagement programme as well as resident retention strategies, you’ll ensure the delivery of excellent service levels throughout the entire resident journey.

Your role will also involve:

- Monitoring resident reviews online
- Creating an online presence through social media platforms
- Ensuring risks to visitors, staff and residents are removed or reported
- Managing and monitoring onsite contractors
- Ensuring a PPM schedule is implemented

Who We’re Looking For

A proactive individual who will put the needs of our clients first. Experience in either residential management, lettings or hospitality is essential, as is a background in providing excellent customer service.

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Property can be a dynamic sector, so we’re looking for a highly organised individual who can positively adapt to change and drive for optimal outcomes.

A professional with an eye for detail. Someone with the ability to use both MS Office and learn our internal systems, whilst completing documents with accurate spelling and grammar.
