The Role

As a HR Officer / Administrator, you will provide general administrative HR support across our organisation.

Acting as the main point of contact for managers and employees, you will provide support for areas right across the business. This includes recruitment, learning and development, performance management, employee relations and engagement, communications and administration.

You will also provide training on processes and procedures, ensuring managers are updated on changes to employment legislation and best practice.

Additionally, you will:

- Support the recruitment of new staff
- Oversee the leaver process
- Keep records up to date on the HR system
- Assist with organising meetings and taking minutes

About You

To be considered as a HR Officer / Administrator, you will need:

- HR experience
- Experience managing administrative tasks
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Great analytical and Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel) skills
- A full, valid driving licence
