Hours of work: 42 hours per week (Days), 07:00 - 19:00

Salary: £10.75 per hour.

A vacancy has arisen within the Parking Services Team at Anchor Group Services for a Parking Officer to join our growing Liverpool based enforcement team, on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will need to work as part of a team, with a wide variety of daily duties (a few examples listed below):
· Patrol all car parks as directed by the Parking Services Team.
· Issue Parking Charge Notices where necessary, ensuring the information provided is correct and legible.
· Ensuring that vehicles are parked in accordance with the applicable Terms & Conditions.
· Conducting site surveys and ensuring ongoing compliance with the BPA AOS Code of Practice.
· Preparing and submitting daily occupancy stats, and reports.

You will deploy in a bespoke Anchor response vehicle which is equipped with live vehicle tracking, CCTV systems, satellite navigation and lone worker safety systems. You will also be supported by a 24-hour control room and help desk team and innovative live reporting technology.

You do not need any prior experience as the company will provide comprehensive and ongoing training as a Parking Enforcement Officer and all the support that you need from the Team Members and Supervisors, who have been performing the same role for many years.

The ideal candidate will have:
· A full UK Driving Licence.
· A positive attitude and be ready to be outside in all weathers throughout the year.
· Confidence with responding positively and courteously to questions from members of the public.
· The ability to store knowledge and react quickly to situations in a professional manner.
· Experience of dealing with confrontational situations and providing a level of customer service with a self- driven nature.
· A full 5-year employment checkable history.
