About the Role
As Head of Marketing, you will lead our marketing & communication strategy, manage the budget and activities from social media and email marketing to sales support and PR.
You will deliver marketing plans that serve the department’s objectives and the wider company’s goals.
You will set and manage the monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department, as well as setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals.
Ultimately, you will oversee the PLE Marketing department to increase brand awareness, community building and competitiveness.
Responsibilities

As Head of Marketing, your main responsibilities include:
• Developing plans to help establish our brands as a premium product in the luxury travel show marketplace.
• Allocating resources to various projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals.
• Design marketing strategies to meet the department’s objectives
• Manage the marketing team and allocate resources, both internal and external when required, to the different marketing tasks & projects
• Set and manage the marketing budget
• Monitor and report on team’s objectives (quarterly) and KPIs (monthly)
• Oversee creative campaigns with the Creative Director and MD to ensure the marketing department produces campaigns that captures the target audiences
• Ensure the brand messages are strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (events, email campaigns, web pages, social media, digital campaigns, and sales collaterals)
• Ensure information accuracy across all marketing channels and materials
• Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Apprehend staffing needs and design most optimal team structure
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products & features)
• Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of marketing objectives

Requirements and skills
• Previous and relevant experience in a senior level marketing position or equivalent
• Experience working on social media or branding digital campaigns
• Planning and strategy management experience
• Attention to detail and an Analytical mindset
• Ability to set and prioritise goals & tasks that bring the most value
• Experiencing in managing and motivating teams
• Oversee several projects at the same time
• Leadership skills
