We are now looking for a Registration Support Assistant to join our Registration Team. There are two roles available, one on a full-time basis for six month contract and one on a full-time basis for a 12 month contract.

The Role

As a Registration Support Assistant, you will process applications for registration on to the Register of Social Care Wales.

Acting as their first point of contact, you will provide support to customers and respond to queries via phone, email and face-to-face.

Providing excellent administrative support, you will review, process and record information provided, ensuring that the requirements for registration are met and that details are accurate.

Additionally, you will:

- Update the personal and employment details of registered people
- Process payments for registration
- Collate information to assist the production of reports

About You

To be considered as a Registration Support Assistant, you will need:

- Experience in a customer service environment
- Microsoft Office Suite skills, specifically Word, Outlook and Excel
- The ability to follow procedures and process data methodically and accurately
- The ability to scrutinise data to ensure accuracy
- Effective communication skills

The ability to read, write and speak Welsh fluently would be beneficial to your application.
