The Role

As our HR Manager, you will assist with the management of our HR operations, acting as a trusted advisor to all staff and overseeing the end-to-end employee experience.

You will manage complex casework, from dispute resolutions and disciplinaries to retirement and redundancy, applying appropriate decision-making skills and advising Line Managers on best practice.

Overseeing overall usage of the Cezanne HR System, you will revise online onboarding processes and create online Exit and Return to Work processes. You will ensure all HR documentation is accurate, complete and stored safely and in compliance with GDPR standards.

Additionally, you will:

- Oversee the development of HR policies and procedures
- Support the recruitment process and assist with new starter inductions
- Continuously monitor policies and processes, implementing changes where necessary

About You

To be considered as the HR Manager, you will need:

- A minimum of three years’ HR generalist experience
- Experience developing and supporting line managers through change
- Experience of applying updated legislation to a variety of HR situations
- Experience of redundancy and TUPE for merger, acquisition or sale situations
- Knowledge of employment law
- Outstanding communication skills
- IT proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- To be CIPD Level 5 qualified

A background in the construction or engineering industries would be beneficial to your application.
