You will lead and deliver on several key changes within the transformation programme and wider operational area.

Your Role

As an Operations Transformation Lead, you will quickly initiate and deliver a range of projects and initiatives within the change programme to transform the way we deliver core regulatory duties. You will provide visible and hands on leadership of projects and initiatives, driving progress, managing issues and risks to realise planned benefits and outcomes.

Your role will also involve:

- Contributing to the delivery of change management which helps all stakeholders to understand where we are going, why, what this means for them and most importantly inspiring behaviour change.
- Managing stakeholders at all levels ensuring that they are engaged and consulted effectively in changes you lead.
- Ensuring all changes are communicated effectively and embedded through relevant development interventions.
- Managing performance of projects and initiatives through matrix working arrangements, collaborating effectively with colleagues and multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver against agreed plans.

About You

- Experience of delivering operational transformation change and initiatives to successful conclusion.
- Experience of delivering organisation design-based changes or implementation of end-to-end customer journey or customer experience transformation projects.
- Considerable experience in the initiation and delivery of priority projects and initiatives.
- Stakeholder management experience and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with experience of building effective relationships across an organisation.
- Ability to use insight and feedback to inform your decisions and demonstrate effectiveness to senior leaders.
- Strong planning and organisation skills with an ability to appropriately re-prioritise and change as required to meet deadlines.
- A solution orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at pace and cope with ambiguity.
