Due to continued expansion, we’re now looking for an IT minded Sales & Customer Services Advisor to join our team in Wirral, Merseyside.

The Role

As a Sales & Customer Services Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert product advice and recommendations to new and existing customers.

Using your excellent customer service skills, you will build strong relationships with clients, generating and following up sales quotations and discussing available discounts on offer.

Working as part of close-knit team, you will be involved with order processing and will deal with inbound customer enquiries by phone and electronically, providing a high-quality service throughout.

About You

To join us as a Sales & Customer Services Advisor, you will need:

- A customer services and/or sales background
- An ability to build strong customer and supplier relations
