We are now looking for a Deputy Team Leader to join our team at our Tilbrook site on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Deputy Team Leader, you will help to oversee the effective running of our Tilbrook warehouse site.

Ensuring products are safely handled through all inbound and outbound processes, you will meet customer expectations and make sure all company and customer procedures are adhered to.

You will also provide effective advice and support for staff in carrying out their duties, conducting inductions and training.

Additionally, you will:

- Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to
- Identify, monitor and report cost saving initiatives and process improvements
- Ensure all equipment checks are carried out in accordance with procedures

About You

To be considered as a Deputy Team Leader, you will need:

- Operational experience of warehouse management systems
- Experience managing direct reports
- Knowledge of warehouse operations
- IT proficiency with knowledge of Excel, Word, Access, Windows and Outlook
