The Company

Blume, a subsidiary of the Fletchers Group, is a contact business with a difference - we connect the dots for our customers and fill in the blanks to enable them to do more.

From a fledging start-up to a multi-million-pound success story, we have grown so quickly that we must be doing something right!

In a nutshell, we bring together individuals looking for a product or service and organisations who have the product or service that they need! A prime example of this is our work with legal firms and claimants where we review and process claimants’ needs before matching them to the firm that can win them compensation.

We’re looking for a Performance Coach to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis.

We’re open, respectful and adaptable. We focus on equality of opportunity and would never discriminate about anything.

We love our inclusive nature and work hard to ensure every aspect of our business is fair, open and takes everyone into account.
