Our Sales & Lettings offering sits across multiple locations across the Midlands, offering clients a full 360-degree service from land and new homes through to lettings, build to rent and asset management services. We are currently seeking a Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent - New Home Sales) to join our team in Birmingham on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will help to build a strong New Homes brand by providing property advice in relation to new homes to everyone from first time buyers to investors.

Delivering excellent customer service at all times, you will strive to reach departmental sales targets set by the New Homes Manager and Group Sales and Lettings Director.

You will also conduct engaging sales viewings and cross-sell additional services as well as assisting in launching new developments onto the open market.

Additionally, you will:

- Provide guidance on the Government’s Help to Buy Scheme
- Attend launch events and open days
- Help to promote marketing collateral for new homes sites and promotions
- Maintain a fully up to date applicant list
- Carry out New Homes sales progression
- Support new business proposals and pricing and comparable reports

What we’re looking for…

A talented property sales professional with previous experience and the ability to thrive in our fast-paced environment where no two days will be the same!

Someone with a knack for IT. You’ll be proficient in MS packages as well as a range of internal systems, partnering this with excellent communication skills to develop lasting relationships and keep our customers happy!

You will also be required to hold a full, valid driving licence.
