Job Description

Who are we looking for?

You will provide administration support in all areas relating the Apprenticeship scheme, Graduate scheme and other relevant pipelines within Early Careers at UKAEA.

What will you be responsible for?

- Support Early Careers programmes with related administrative tasks.
- Directly liaising with external candidates as well as those on the scheme as first line of support.
- Attraction, recruitment, onboarding and daily support of schemes.
- Responsible for data management including GDPR and allowing intelligent reporting to the business.
- To arrange training courses for early careers individuals, liaising with the L&D team.
- Take an active role in early careers events both on internally and externally.
- Work closely with the existing team to coordinate multiple projects.
- Responsible for coordinating and minuting meetings.
- When required booking travel and organising attendance at careers events.

Qualifications

Essential skills, experience and competence required

- Administration experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent IT skills (especially Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Ability to treat sensitive data appropriately and with discretion.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Desirable skills, experience and competence

- Specifically HR admin experience.
- L3 CIPD qualified.
