We are currently looking for a Welsh-speaking Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a bilingual marketing and communications professional with the ability to quickly switch back and forth between English and Welsh to join our expert organisation.

The Role

As a Marketing and Communications Manager, you will design, develop and deliver our marketing and communications approach in both English and Welsh, making a difference to care and support in Wales.

Developing the voice and brand of Social Care Wales, you will build on our effective communication and engagement channels with our various customers, audiences and key stakeholders.

You will also provide advice to senior leadership and management on communication, public affairs and corporate reputational matters.

Additionally, you will:

- Develop and implement our social media strategy
- Oversee our main website and intranet
- Manage a team of staff

About You

To be considered as a Marketing and Communications Manager, you will need:

- Fluency in English and Welsh
- Experience of writing, editing, proofreading, media relations and digital applications
- Experience leading a multi-disciplinary communications team
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and audience engagement
- Knowledge of how to write content for different audiences and channels of communication
- Knowledge of how to interpret qualitative and quantitative data
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A degree or equivalent qualification or a good level of education supported by experience
