Salary: £37,694 (National Framework) or £42,863 (London Framework - if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) - There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £529 per annum for those working from home.
Hours: Full-Time, 37 hours per week

We are now looking for a Regional Communications & Engagement Manager to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

What you will bring…

To be considered as our Regional Communications & Engagement Manager, you will need:

- Experience of working within a communications and/or public relations field
- Experience of media relations and/or journalism
- Experience of using different media and IT packages
- Excellent copywriting and sub-editing skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Organisational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly effective presentation skills

What you’ll be doing

As our Regional Communications & Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of our programme of communications and engagement.

Focusing on health and social care providers, professionals and organisations, you’ll oversee the creation of detailed engagement plans to ensure that they are engaged with and understand our approach to regulation.

You’ll produce innovative written and visual content to engage providers, using insights to evaluate performance and inform our future work, enabling continuous improvement.

Additionally, you will:

- Contribute to the development of methods to keep track of all relevant issues
- Establish and maintain a regional media profile
- Oversee and support Regional Engagement Officers
- Provide support and training to regional staff
- Contribute to data analysis and evaluation
- Collate insight from operations colleagues, providers, local stakeholders and CQC data
