We are now looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join us on a full time, fixed term basis for one year working 37 hours per week.

- THE ROLE -
You will provide administrative support for the recruitment process in the Institute of Inner City Learning and undertaking a variety of administrative duties to support the wider HR Administration Team. You will be expected to offer support to recruiting line managers using the e-recruitment system including interview arrangements. You will need to conduct right to work checks for new starters and assisting with pre-employment checks to ensure compliance as well as assisting with various administration tasks associated with the recruitment and selection process. You will need to ensure that staff files are kept up to date and provide support to the HR team including generating basic reports for management information. You will work closely with the HR Administration team to provide coordinated support for the recruitment process and cover when necessary.

- ABOUT YOU -
To be considered as a Recruitment Administrator, you will need:
- A good level of general education up to GCSE Level or equivalent
- Previous experience in providing high quality administrative support
- Previous experience of recruitment administration
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
- Ability to manage workload, organising and prioritising work to meet deadlines
- Effective organisational skills and demonstrable attention to detail
- Excellent Digital skills specifically in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams

It would be beneficial if you had:
- Educated to degree level and/or CIPD qualification or working towards
- Experience of using a HR Management Information System
- Ability to communicate fluently through the medium of Welsh (oral and written).
