We have an exciting new opportunity for you to play a vital role, working closely with Team Managers to streamline processes and increase efficiencies through the use of technology.

This opportunity is based in the Faculty of Engineering & Design but working across all three faculties (Humanities & Social Sciences and Science). The Process Automation Manager will focus on analysing current business processes and how they can be streamlined for automation through Microsoft Power Automate. You will be responsible for identifying where this can be deployed and teaching others how to become citizen developers.

This is a busy and varied role involving daily communication with various professional services and academic stakeholders. We are looking for someone with:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate
- Comfortable learning new and sometimes complicated software
- Excellent organisational and negotiating skills
- Able to multi-task and priorities
- Can demonstrate good use of initiative

This role is offered on a 0.8 FTE or 1.0 FTE for a fixed term period of 12 months.
