We are looking for a Client Relationship Assistant to join us in a brand new and exciting role, supporting our Client Relationship Manager in offering first-class service to our varied client base. The post holder will assist in managing and taking ownership of a wide range of client interactions; including meetings, reports, events and communications. The role will suit somebody who has excellent time management skills with the ability to deal with competing priorities efficiently whilst maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage client emails and communications and ensure responses are sent in timely and professional manner
• Reporting and insights into emails, queries and issues raised
• Create and develop strong working relationships as appropriate with client contacts and internal stakeholders
• Support with the creation, review and issuing of monthly and quarterly client reports
• Co-ordinate and organise client meetings and events
• Prepare client monthly meeting agendas and minute taking, with follow up actions
• Build and maintain awareness of the key regulatory changes affecting clients, their employers and members
• Work with communications and digital marketing team to create content for client communications, such as emails and webpages
• Work closely with LPPA colleagues (operations, finance, communications and engagement, risk and compliance, systems and IT), project managers and senior management, to gain an expert understanding of LPPA operations whilst ensuring that clients are kept up to date with important projects and BAU activities
• Develop strong working relationships with internal teams and staff at all levels
• Ad-hoc activity as required to support the Client Relationship Manager
• Support Client Relationship Manager to create and maintain contact lists for all clients and develop this over time with appropriate CRM tools
• Provide professional support to the Client Relationship Manager to drive increase in satisfaction from LPPA clients

• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• Self-motivated, confident and decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
• Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desirable:

• Experience in account management
• Understanding of performance metrics and client reporting
• Minute taking experience would be desirable but not essential
