Location: Office based role within the Leeds or London Office. Due to the nature of the role attendance within the office is a requirement but there is flexibility with this role to work from home up to 2 days per week (subject to business need).

Why this could be a great role for you….

The Legal Services Administrator will provide support to our Legal Services team, as the first point of contact for communication coming into the Legal team. You will provide efficient delivery of administrative support to the legal team in line with CQC’s policies. The role will involve entering case data and information, preparation of case documents and compiling bundles as directed.?

The successful post-holder will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, responding to queries and requests and providing project support and research to the legal team.

What you will bring…

You will have excellent organisational skills, be confident and able to ensure that accurate records are kept relating to legal advice and casework. You will also need to be able to work accurately and at speed to provide administrative support on our cases, including where urgent court action is being taken or where we are working to comply with Court orders.

Experience of providing legal support within a legal team is desirable but not essential. More importantly, you must be a team player who enjoys working with other whilst being the gateway to the legal team.
