We are now looking for a Client Relationship / Account Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Client Relationship / Account Manager, you will aim to increase exposure of our brand, creating relationships with key stakeholders to ensure we are their go-to for outdoor living products.

Reviewing, managing, co-ordinating and deploying all business development activities, you will be the face of our business, facilitating introductory conversations and face to face meetings with C Suite individuals.

You will also conduct competitor analysis, explore new markets and opportunities and work with the Marketing Team to increase our market exposure.

Additionally, you will:

- Plan, attend and host networking events
- Produce well-crafted emails, pitch documentation and presentations
- Update the CRM system

About You

To be considered as a Client Relationship / Account Manager, you will need:

- Experience developing relationships through various channels with C Suite individuals
- Experience in relationship management at a senior level
- Experience using a CRM tool to manage and track activity
- Social media experience
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
