Job Description

To play a leading role, alongside the Director of People, as a member of the People Department Senior Leadership Team in delivering the People Strategy to enable UKAEA to achieve its corporate goals. Act as the senior responsible officer for corporate projects as part of the development of organisational culture.

Lead a team of strategic specialists across a range of disciplines - principally strategic People business partnering, ER, policy development and People projects to deliver the People Strategy, including organisational development and culture change, for successful business growth.

Qualifications

- Educated to degree level or demonstrable equivalent experience
- CIPD qualified to L7 (Diploma) or willing to work towards
- Experience of working at a strategic level
- Extensive experience in at least one of the following areas: People business partnering/ER/policy development. Where there is no experience, be able to demonstrate effective understanding.
