Being a Benefit & Money Advisor is a very rewarding job where no two days are the same. You are there to provide assistance in new Benefit claims, Mandatory Reconsiderations, Tribunals and maximising income. Alongside, identifying potential DWP errors, reducing outgoings and making external/internal referrals where necessary. You will also work very closely with CBH Income Officers to prioritise reducing rent arrears to sustain a tenancy.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:
• Benefit experience
• Knowledge of legislation regarding Welfare Reform
• Effective problem solving
