We are now looking for a Mobile Installation Service Engineer to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Mobile Installation Service Engineer, you will install, service and repair our security and safety systems installed in commercial vehicle fleets across Swindon, Crawley,Guildford and the Midlands and Northwest areas.

Working independently, you will carry out works safely and to the highest standards, recording each service you performed on your laptop. You’ll communicate with the Service Desk Team throughout the day to update them of progress, order parts and report any on-site issues.

After you have successfully completed your training, you will join a regional on call rota, generating extra payments for being on stand-by and responding to individual callouts.

Please note, this role involves working in confined spaces.

About You

To be considered as a Mobile Installation Service Engineer, you will need:

- Experience as an auto electrician, working on systems such as Canbus
- Advanced knowledge of modern vehicular electrical systems
- The ability to operate electrical diagnostic equipment
- Experience building relationships with manufacturers, stakeholders and other engineers
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A full, valid driving licence

We will consider someone who has Auto Electrical background with cars or commercial.

We will also provide training on Canbus if the successful candidate does not have it.
