Snowdonia National Park Authority protects the natural beauty, wildlife and cultural heritage of Eryri National Park. Covering 823 miles of diverse landscape, the Park is home to over 26,000 people, the highest mountain in Wales and the largest natural lake in Wales.

We are now looking for a bilingual Human Resources Administrative Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working two days per week, for a fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.

The Role

As a Human Resources Administrative Officer, you will provide an HR admin service to our staff and managers.

Communicating via email and letters to employees and third parties, you will ensure all enquiries and requests are dealt with effectively and efficiently.

You will also assist with the recruitment process, gathering right to work documents and completing contracts, offer letters and induction packs for successful applicants.

Additionally, you will:

- Update our organisational structure charts
- Place vacancies on the recruitment system
- Update trackers with starters, leavers and equality statistics
- Use people systems to record data and ensure data quality
- Maintain and organise the electronic and paper based filing systems

About You

To be considered as a Human Resources Administrative Officer, you will need:

- Fluency in Welsh
- Administrative experience
- Experience using data systems to handle confidential and sensitive data
- Experience producing reports
- Proficiency using email, Zoom, Teams, Excel and social media
- To be educated up to GCSE standard in Welsh, English and Maths or equivalent
- A full, valid driving licence
