Are you a learning and development professional who can deliver and facilitate quality learning workshops? If so, come and join us as a self-employed Learning & Development Associate and contribute to the work we do at Sue Ryder.

As part of a network of trainers supporting the learning and development team you will work on a self-employed basis delivering in house training, meeting the needs of a diverse organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver learning activities that will meet the needs of the identified audience using own materials and/or Sue Ryder learning materials.
• Create and support an inclusive and effective learning environment for all delegates.
We may also engage associate to develop the following:
• Deliver Training Needs Analysis (TNA)/ Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to provide solutions to Sue Ryders goals and challenges.
• Design and re-design of learning materials to improve and update the catalogue of learning resources within Sue Ryder
• Coaching services to support individuals (and groups).

About You

You will be a highly skilled and confident facilitator with experience of designing, delivering, and evaluating learning activities. With excellent communication skills you will have the ability to manage stakeholders and build rapport at all levels. Essentially you will have excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills along with analytical skills that can define the L&D priorities that directly impact on identified needs and goals.
Experience of delivering training using Zoom or other similar virtual platforms is essential.
