We have an opportunity for an exceptional individual to join our facilities team as Bank Café Supervisor

Responsibilities of the Bank Café Supervisor
 As the Café Supervisor you will assist the Catering Manager with the overall management of the Café.  You will deal with customers (patients, their families, staff) orders and be the first point of contact for complaints.  You will have day-to-day supervision of Volunteers ensuring there is adequate cover to run an efficient service, always maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and stock management.

Skills and experience required
Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers; ensuring a positive, friendly and efficient service is delivered to patients and their relatives, visitors, and staff responding promptly to complaints and queries.
Use expertise in Catering to ensure that the Supervisors role is effectively carried out.
Being aware of regulations applicable to work, in particular Food Safety, Infection Control and Health and Safety
