The Tregothnan Estate is a private family home with a world-renowned botanical garden and woodland, situated on the edge of the River Fal. Since 1999 we have expanded our trading arm which produces the most English tea in history. With a small, dedicated team, the business has grown to supply all sectors of the UK and over 20 international markets. The brand stands primed for explosive growth and we are now looking to expand the team with the appointment of a National Sales Executive to focus on field-based activity.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity with responsibility for increasing sales for Tregothnan tea in key market sectors from hospitality to independent retail, with a key focus in London and the Southeast; and managing and developing existing accounts, focussing on nurturing business relationships.

About You

You will need:

- To be based in London or the Southeast and willing to travel, visiting prospects and accounts and attending trade and consumer shows
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional sales role in FMCG industry, preferably in the speciality food and drink sector
- Experience of the wholesale and retail environment and the systems and processes that drive growth in the sector
- Experience working in sales driven and customer centric environment, working to clearly defined targets
- A very high standard of personal presentation and communication skills
- A good working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office and current communication platforms
