We are now looking for a Fleet Administrator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Fleet Administrator, you will provide an effective and comprehensive support service to our fleet team and management.

Working as part of a team to support a fleet of approximately 4,000 vehicles, you will ensure that all legal requirements are met and details for each vehicle are promptly and accurately recorded on our internal system.

Your role will also involve:

- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
- Liaising with local Councils to apply for vehicle licenses
- Organising resolution of PCNs
- Data entry
- Responding to incoming calls

About You

To be considered as a Fleet Administrator, you will need:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- A full, valid driving licence
- IT proficiency
