We act as a voice for the independent advice sector, offer a range of award-winning training schemes and campaign to improve the lives of people in Northern Ireland.

We are now looking for an E-Learning Co-ordinator to join our team on a full-time basis, for a fixed term contract from 1st May 2023 until 31st December 2025.

The Role

As an E-Learning Co-ordinator, you will help to expand our online training provision to meet the needs and requirements of the Advice Sector.

Co-ordinating our online learning, you will develop and maintain a library of online training and development materials and formal online courses in core areas related to the quality and standards of advice.

Identifying and analysing learning needs across the independent advice sector, you will evaluate existing learning materials and convert these to digital content.

Additionally, you will:

- Create online learning materials, assessments, and interactive multi-media
- Ensure regular quality assurance of training
- Maintain learner records

About You

To be considered as an E-Learning Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Experience designing and developing e-learning modules using authoring tools
- Experience of connecting digital learning to a broader learning strategy
- Learning and instructional design experience
- Experience of project and/or grant management or co-ordination
- Knowledge of content development and assessment processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office packages
- A relevant qualification and/or training in Instructional Design and/or E-Learning design and development

Additional hours may be required to meet the demands of the post (including evenings and weekends) as appropriate and/or travel within the UK (or ROI as required).
