With offices in Exeter, Teignmouth and Newton Abbot, Tozers Solicitors LLP is looking for a HR Co-ordinator to join our team in Exeter on a permanent, part-time basis, working four days per week.

The Role

As a HR Co-ordinator, you will co-ordinate all aspects of our learning and development (L&D) function.

Acting as the first point of contact for all L&D related matters, you will research courses and packages with specialist external providers, making recommendations to the Partners.

Supporting the Compliance Partner in implementing compulsory, firm wide training, you will liaise with visiting L&D providers, book rooms, meet and greet them. You will also assist with setting up and clearing training rooms.

Additionally, you will:

- Line manage the HR Team Administrator
- Ensure course bookings are made
- Keep an accurate record of event attendance, evaluation and expenditure
- Monitor the HR team inbox

About You

To be considered as a HR Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Experience gained within a human resources environment
- Experience working in the legal sector or other professional, regulated services firm
- Experience dealing with sensitive information confidentially and with discretion
- Experienced using Excel spreadsheets
- An understanding of HR best practice
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- A Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
