We are looking for experienced pub Operators who also possess their Personal Licence, have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer care skills and pride themselves on delivering high standards

The simple and secure way to run your own pub

The scheme for running our pubs is simple -
We pay you 18% of the net sales every week for managing the pub for us! So the more trade you bring to your pub the more you earn. If you exceed targets set by the company you can earn an extra £350 per Month. You will be classed as a self employed person.
We pay all business bills - Sky, Business Rates, Utilities, Repairs, Maintenance, Glassware, etc…
All the tools of the trade including the stock is provided by ourselves, you will have access to an knowledgeable area manager who will be able to help you with sales building ideas for your chosen pub. Operational matters, product offering on the bar, team games, food menu development and simply just someone to chat ideas through with.
To be successful all you need to do is operate the pub to the required company standards by ensuring we are safe and a compliant venue meeting the right staffing levels, meet/exceed budgeted targets. Adequately cover and document all legal requirements (Environmental health, health & safety, licensing, fire).

• A real people’s person. Someone who can’t bear to be away from the public
• A visible, larger than life, presence in the pub so everyone knows their landlord or lady
• Great standards, complete eye for detail, knowing this will bring rewards
• Passionate about excellent service and product quality
• Get you and your team to know your customers by name and preferably by what they drink
• People who love to entertain and know how to create a real buzz.
• Flexible approach to dealing with operational challenges
• Fully aware of local areas, sales business opportunities and competitors
• Good business acumen, results focused and financially astute
• Hungry to succeed with a dynamic positive “can do” attitude

Your history is not as important as your future, so we consider people from all backgrounds, you might not even have run a bar before, but have a perfect “pub personality” or you may be a true trade veteran, whatever you are, if your personality fits your chosen bar, you are our first choice!
