- THE ROLE -

The post holder will conduct research on demersal fishing impacts and associated recovery using non-invasive monitoring methods, examining the role of novel and emerging technologies and methods for gear impacts and habitat monitoring applied to fisheries management contexts.

- ABOUT YOU -

Applicants should hold:

- A Degree, or higher or equivalent in Marine Science, Environmental Science or a related discipline.

- Relevant experience of geomorphological / benthic habitat mapping and GIS for marine data, workflows and data products.

- Strong quantitative skills with experience of programming and data analysis (R or Python).
