We’re now looking for a Housing First Worker to join our Wandsworth team on a full-time, permanent basis.

THE ROLE

In this crucial role, your focus will be on the service delivery of SPEAR’s Housing First model. You will work with staff and management teams to deliver this innovative model of housing society’s most vulnerable people; you will help us drive forward a collective vision of inclusion and participation across the organisation. Housing First is a SPEAR service that provides independent tenancies with registered social landlords via the council nomination process and intensive personalised support to rough sleepers who have not progressed through any supported accommodation pathway.

ABOUT YOU

You’ll have a broad range of frontline experience; you will have experience of working with people that present with complex and sometimes challenging behaviours. You will have experience of working to processes and systems to achieve continuous improvement across your service remit. You’ll have a track record of multi-disciplinary working, case management, risk assessing, data recording, and safeguarding. The ability to build positive and rewarding relationships and influence is essential to this role.
