“We have been using Webrecruit exclusively for our recruitment needs since 2010, as we have found that the process of short listing and selection has been very much simplified, once the job spec has been carefully defined. Our requirements have tended to be quite specific and Webrecruit’s process has ensured that only suitable and serious contenders are presented to us, saving a lot of time. We have determined that this approach has contributed to a reduction in labour turnover by getting a better “first time fit”. Further, we now find that our annual returns to the Equality Commission are able to be more easily compiled based on the statistics provided.”
