We are now looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will support grounds maintenance work, ensuring our estates are well-kept.
You will cut hedges and grass using a variety of equipment, maintain shrubs and herbaceous borders and carry out landscaping and other improvement works. These may include ground preparation, turfing, seeding and shrub and tree planting.
Ensuring all sites are clean and tidy, you will also collect and remove green waste, carry out a weed control programme and report any incidents to your line manager.
About You
To be considered as a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will need:
- Experience in a grounds maintenance or similar role
- Experience in a customer focused role
- The ability to use hedge cutting, strimming, grass cutting, weed spraying and grounds equipment
- Good communication skills
- A full, valid driving licence
Please note, this role will require a basic criminal record (DBS) check.
