Due to rapid growth within the business, we’re looking for a Digital Tutor to join our amazing team at The B2W Group!

The main role of the Digital Tutor is to provide expert teaching and learning across our L3 Adult Learning provision, with the primary focus of ensuring the candidate has the highest quality skills to deliver effective teaching to our learners. The role will involve working with the Provision Manager to develop and deliver the highest level of quality for learners. The post holder would support the delivery of an outstanding learning experience on behalf of B2W to learners in preparation for their next steps.

Main Responsibilities
• Support the delivery of training to groups of learners working towards an accredited L3 qualification currently online in the digital and technical subject specific areas.
• Provide an engaging experience to motivate learners to help them realise their potential, managing learner retention through engaging delivery and assessment practices to meet company retention KPIs.
• Identify learner’s strengths and weakness’ through initial assessment and implement support strategies, ensuring that the group profiles are continually updated, and the distance travelled can be measured.
• Mark and assess learner work in a timely manner whilst providing clear constructive feedback to support learners ongoing development.
• Support the Employability delivery assisting learners with CV writing, job search, interview techniques and confidence building, giving advice and guidance to enable learners to make informed decisions about their future career goals.

The Ideal Candidate
• Minimum of 3 years relevant industrial/commercial experience in a similar role, with 2+ years teaching digital courses up to L3.
• L4 qualification or higher in Digital and Technical skills and L3 Teaching Qualification minimum, with a willingness to work towards L4 within 12 months of appointment.
• Assessing Award - CAVA or willingness to work towards in the first 3 months
• Up-to-date knowledge of current initiatives relating the digital world, with the ability to assess effectively and utilise a range of technology, including Microsoft Teams.
• An engaging teaching style online, with excellent knowledge of the subject areas.
