Domex is looking to hire a Fleet and Service Manager to join our Head Office team based in Epsom, Surrey. This role oversees all aspects related to the management of the Domex fleet, which consists of over 80 vehicles. What will your responsibilities be in this role?

• Coordinate vehicle preparation, including liaising with workshops, organising branding, and overseeing the sale of surplus Domex vehicles.
• Source new vehicles aligned with business needs, negotiate with suppliers, and manage paperwork, payments, and delivery.
• Schedule and audit fleet maintenance, including servicing, MOTs, and repairs.
• Handle insurance matters, accident claims, and compliance tasks such as parking, congestion charging, and tracking reports.
• Maintain and update fleet-related data on in-house systems.
• Interact with Domex engineers to ensure vehicles are stocked and manage inventories.
• Order tools, equipment, and materials from pre-approved suppliers and distribute the ordered items to engineers as required.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Demonstrate experience in a hands on fleet- or vehicle-related role.
• Showcase solid experience in an administrative role, highlighting proficiency in planning and coordinating various activities, actions, and records.
• Provide a proactive approach and exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess comprehensive computer literacy.
• Hold a valid UK manual driving licence.

What are the working hours?

Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with flexibility to work additional hours and occasionally on Saturdays (or part thereof) (time off in lieu is available).
